Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 2 colored bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 sweet or purple onion, cut into chunks
- Garlic Salt
- Greek Seasoning
- Tony Chachere’s
Marinade:
- 1 cup of Italian Dressing
- 1 can of pineapple juice
- 2-3 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine ingredients for marinade in a zip top plastic bag and add chicken (already cut into chunks). Allow to marinate 2-4 hours.
Using skewers that come with your Po Man, skewer a piece of chicken, followed by a pepper slice then an onion slice. Repeat process until all chicken and vegetables are on skewers.
Season with garlic salt and Greek seasoning. Add a touch of Tony Chachere’s for heat, if desired.
Light Po Man and allow coals to burn for 10-15 minutes. Add grill rack and place skewers across top of grill rack.
Leave a small (1/4 inch) gap in lid and allow to cook for approximately 45 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees.
