Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 2 colored bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1 sweet or purple onion, cut into chunks
  • Garlic Salt
  • Greek Seasoning
  • Tony Chachere’s

Marinade:

  • 1 cup of Italian Dressing
  • 1 can of pineapple juice
  • 2-3 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce

Directions

Combine ingredients for marinade in a zip top plastic bag and add chicken (already cut into chunks). Allow to marinate 2-4 hours.

Using skewers that come with your Po Man, skewer a piece of chicken, followed by a pepper slice then an onion slice. Repeat process until all chicken and vegetables are on skewers.

Season with garlic salt and Greek seasoning. Add a touch of Tony Chachere’s for heat, if desired. 

Light Po Man and allow coals to burn for 10-15 minutes. Add grill rack and place skewers across top of grill rack.

Leave a small (1/4 inch) gap in lid and allow to cook for approximately 45 minutes or until chicken is 165 degrees.
