Ingredients
- 2 pounds of ground venison or lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped or grated
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 Tablespoons of steak rub
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce and gently mix.
- Shape into a loaf with your hands and transfer onto a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil, sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- Pour barbecue sauce over meatloaf.
- Light Po Man and allow to preheat for 5 minutes with cooking grate positioned at the top level.
- Place foil with meatloaf onto cooking grate and add lid, allowing a 1/4 inch gap.
- Cook for 55-65 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
