Ingredients
- 4 thick cut bone in pork chops
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Kosher salt
- 2 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients and whisk together
Put chops and marinade into a bag and drop them into the fridge for 12 – 24 hours.
Start Po Man and let coals burn for 5-10 minutes
Skewer pork chops, leaving space between each one, and hang from top level of standing rack
Cook for 45 minutes-1 hour, until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
