Bounty of Chops

Directions

  1. Use thick cut bone in pork chops. Marinate with ½ cup vinegar and ¼ cup of apple or pineapple juice. Pat dry and season with salt pepper, garlic powder, minimal paprika, and lemon pepper.
  2. You can hang 4-6 chops per skewer, with the narrow end towards the top. Cook for approximately 1:00-1:30 hrs or until internal temp is 150 degrees plus. Spraying with apple juice a couple times during the cook will give the chops a nice color and glaze. Pull and let rest 5-10 minutes.
